Abstract

This research title The Influence Of Product Against Level of Costumer Satisfaction at Fafa Cheese Yogyakarta. The research located at Jln. Jembatan Merah, Depok, Yogyakarta. The purposed to find out how the influence of Fafa Cheese Yogyakarta products for costumer is satisfaction based on appearance, aroma, texture, and taste. The research use quantitative descriptive research type, population counted 50 consumen with number of samples are 50 respondents with using incidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used an observation, questionnaires and documentation. The variables are appearance, aroma, texture, and taste. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (R Square), Partial Test (T) dan Simultaneous Test (F). The result of this research is there is significant influence between product and costumer satisfaction with known value Fcount 22,528 and Ftabel value is 3,195 with significant value 0,000. Value Fcount > Ftable (22,528 > 3,195) with significant value less than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) so the hypothesis is accepted which mean there is am influence between product Fafa Cheese Yogyakarta with costumer satisfaction. The affect of product on costumer satisfaction in Fafa Cheese Yogyakarta is 63,7% with the rest 37,3% are influenced by other variable which not examined in this research. Data Analysis assisted with SPSS 21.00 For Windows. Keywords : Product , Costumer Satisfaction.
