Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of aspects of attractions, amenities, accessibility, service and price on the factors that influence tourists' interest in repeat visits to Parangtritis Beach. The tourism sector prioritizes the interest of tourists when visiting a tourist attraction. Because, if tourists are satisfied with the tourist attraction, they will most likely come back to visit. The research method used is a quantitative research method, with data collection through questionnaires for primary data from respondents or visitors who have visited Parangtritis Beach more than twice. Data management uses classical assumption tests (validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and determinant coefficient/R Square test. The research results show that attractions (X1), amenities (X2), accessibility (X3), service (X4), and price (X5) have a positive and significant effect on tourist interest in repeat visits (Y), with an unstandardized attraction regression coefficient value of 0.107 and the T test result is 0.712, the unstandardized regression coefficient value of amenities is 0.303 and the T test result is 3.126, the unstandardized regression coefficient value of accessibility is 0.011 and the T test result is 0.075, the service unstandardized regression coefficient value is 0.165 and the T test result is 1.210, the value The unstandardized price regression coefficient is 0.173 and the T test result is 1.195. The R Square value is 0.181 and the resulting F value is 4.164. The most dominant factor determining tourists' interest in repeat visits to Parangtritis Beach is amenities, with a T value of 3,126.
