Abstract
This research is qualitative research. This research is conducted in ten vocational high school existing in Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The technique of data collection in this research including: observation, interviewee, documentation, as well triangulation. The data analyzing used in this research use the method from Miles and Huberman which begun with data collection, reduction the data, presentation the data and making conclusion. This research obtains: 1) vocational high school in Yogyakarta now days in outlines including input, process, output and outcome. The input including: a group of human resource that has a role in the implementation, such as the headmaster, team leader, teacher council and education staff. Proceed by doing the management toward the curriculum, financing management, students management, human resource management and facilities and infrastructure management. Meanwhile, the out is the competency result has good quality, 2) the implementation model of the quality of education guaranty which should be used in vocational high school now days, should still use the previous model, but when the human resource has been chosen in carrying out the role in the implementation the quality of education guaranty, it should be selected.
